I am making a two tier rehearsal dinner cake with Ivory Satin Ice. I want to do more than fresh flowers, I want something special, but not time consuming. Does anyone have any decorating ideas they could share? Thank you so much! *The Rookie*

what about simple swiss dots on each layer? or a ribbon along the base of each tier to match colors? scrolls? Just a little something extra that will compliment the flowers.

I did a RD cake once and piped "I will" on the side of the top tier in a coordinating color.

I have never tried the diamond impression mat, but I love the look it creates. Maybe diamonds on the sides with a ribbon tied to the bottom?? There are cakes like this posted on this site, and they are gorgeous.
