For a Colette Peters' workshop next month, I have no idea where to get an 18" box--anyone, please!

I emailed Sylvia Weinstock about this very thing. she emailed back saying that she uses plain moving boxes when she needs oversized ones. you could write to Colette and I bet she would answer. I am going to California Cake Camp in September. Colette is teaching there for 3 days. Unfortuanatly, I am going to be taking other classes when hers are scheduled. Please let me know what you think of her classes and what she covered.

Go to the produce department of the grocery store. A mushroom box fits a 12x18 cake perfectly. cover the top with extra wide plastic wrap. The cluster tomato boxes and the strawberry boxes are perfect for the 11x15 cake.
