Coloring Chocolate Bc ?

Anybody make maroon or burgundy icing from chocolate BC? What colors and ratio? I'm gonna play with it but thought I would check to see if there were suggestions out there. This is a great site!! I'm already an addict. icon_biggrin.gif

I guess it depends on how dark your chocolate BC is to begin with. I use a dark brown chocolate BC, so the colors tend to be very dark. The red and green this cake is chocolate BC. As for ratios, I just added a little color at a time until I got what I wanted. icon_biggrin.gif
