How about a cardboard box with UPS on the sides and the little boy popping his head out of the box. You could use a lite chocolate icing for the cardboard box and UPS cut out of fondant. That would save you making a truck.
Of course you could have the little one in a diaper sling falling out the back of the truck.

note the stork driving the truck and the baby buggy would be UPS brown and have a little steering wheel for the baby.
(could just do a big baby buggy in ups brown w/ baby driving)
could do this as 3-D or as an image on a sheet cake
(for the big baby buggy, could use the wilton baby buggy pan for a sheet cake version)
How about a very cute delicate looking baby sleeping on blanket....with only a diaper on......a diaper that says UPS, of course!!
maybe you could have a few ups boxes in the background or something.

I love these ideas!!! You guys are wonderful, and as Doug stated to me, this is quickly becoming my newest addiction!! When I am not decorating cakes, I am on here looking at others! LOL Now to limit these ideas down....hehehe Although I have to say, I love Doug's sketch for me!
