Ok, what is the best way to cover a sculpted fondant cake? TIA. The tank was not easy and I just can't imagine trying to cover something oddly shaped (like a duck). I use the MMF recipe that is here (with MM, water, and powdered sugar). It just seems hard to handle.....fragile I guess is the best way to say it. icon_cry.gif

I wish I could help you. I used wiltons once for a cross cake and that was it. The powerd sugar seemed to help me with the MMF. I can handle it easier. You might be different , but it helped me.
