A good whipped icing recipe? I have never made it before and need one that can be used for some basic decorating as well..border and some stars...

Hi,
I have used a mix of gelatin and heavywhipping cream. you can pipe shells and borders with it but nothing complicated!

Yep, I whip some whipping cream, add some powdered sugar and piping gel. I've done stars and basic borders with it...it holds it's shape fairly well. There's also this recipe....
