Help!!!! Icing Problems!

So I am making icings for a tasting, and everything is tasting really powdery and gritty. I have made these 100 times and i don't know what the f**k is going on!!! I'm doing lemon, lime and mint.... and this tasting is in an hour!!! HELP!!!
