Ok... so DH and I have decided to move! I have been begging for him to let me open a shop and he has finally said YES! I am looking into rental commercial units in our new town.... I currently have a KA Artisan and a KA 600...... tons of pans and tips and colors..... if I were to start out in an equipped kitchen, what would you add to your list of goodies... oh and I have an KopyKake Airbrush system too. I have a place where I can buy boards and boxes in bulk, so I shouldn't need to order them.... I just thought I would ask those of you who opened your own shop what you started with and how well it worked for you.... thanks for your time! Oh and this will be in a small town where there are no known bakeries withing 30 miles... so I should do pretty well!
