Every time I try to use a "jelly roll" pan, the edges get too brown or burn. I've tried a lower temp and even tried putting a shallow pan of water in the oven. Any suggetions?
I have never tired to do a cake in a jelly roll pan, I always use a 12 by 18 by 2 to bake my sheet cakes in.
