I have decided I Hate square/sheet cakes! For the life of me, I cannot get the corners to resemble corners! I see some beautiful corners on here and I'm at a loss! Does anyone have any tips to share?
I saw in the articles that if you take two spatulas. Hold one parallel with the side of cake. The other will be used to spread frosting on the top until it reaches the other spatula. Oh I can't explain it but here the link...

I have a large 8" stainless taping knife I use, I guess just not very well, LOL! Thanks for the link. It makes a little more sense, but I still think I'm corner-challenged!
