Thank you both!

Can I just say that I love how people from England say lovely! I wish that Americans used it more. Last month at Disney World, we were in a line infront of a family from England. They had to beautiful little girls. My hubby and I could not stop listening to them. They would say how this or that was so lovely. I was just so cute.

The cake is perfect! Congrats.

As far as cake in face, I told my DH that if he did that I would annul! I cared about my dress and my professional makeup!

I'm on your team pcc! I told dh we would head to divorce court! icon_lol.gif I do understand why it is funny to some people but after seeing my friend break down and cry when her groom shoved chocolate cake all over her face and of course it got on beautiful wedding dress it became a respect issue for me! I don't want the first thing you feed me up my nose! icon_biggrin.gif

And pp I think all your cakes are lovely! I need you brilliant fondant people to teach me how to do it the right way! icon_smile.gif

Thanks dodibug! We didn't shove cake either. But........... on our first anniversary we pulled out the top tier and I made a chocolate cake. Our families all got together for a BBQ. When it was time to eat the 1yr. old cake, we smashed it in each other's face instead. Here's the kicker.... I got DH really good, so he turns around and grabs a big handfull of chocolate from the new cake and gets me with it. I still have the pictures to prove it... and a clean wedding dress. icon_biggrin.gif
