My roommate wants me to make egg-free cupcakes for a her sister's baby showrer. I see lots of good recipes in the receipt secion, but can they be made into cupcakes?

Has anyone ever tried it?

Thanks!! icon_biggrin.gif

I've never tried it; but if it's cake batter, it ought to be able to make cupcakes ... naturally bake for less time.

Delicious! I made the Wacky Cocoa Cake in the egg-free section and it was delicious. One recipe makes about 2 baker's dozen. They were pretty dense, but my roommate said they were VERY YUMMY!! icon_biggrin.gif

Yay!

Egg Replacer is a good substitute for eggs without using eggs. I hope that makes since.
