I went out Garage Saling this morning & guess what I found? WILTON Cake pans! I was sooo excited! Oh coarse this lady thought she was going to outdo me & keep the pans away from me that she knuw she wasnt going to buy on purpose! I waited to her out & Thank God she found a whole another mess of stuff to buy & she put the pans back! Well, she didnt even put them back, she tried to keep them where I couldnt see them because she knuw I wanted some of what she had. Mean ol lady! lol So here is what I found today, & hopefully next Sat I will be able to add as another lady said she would have more at the next sale!
They are:
Special Delivery 2105-2003 $4.00
Bert & Ernie 2105-3462 $3.00
Guitar 2105-570 $4.00
Treelitefull 2105-425 $4.00
And, a really ODD GOLD WINNIE THE POOH #515-401 w/no year on it?? I cant seem to find it on the Wilton site, anyone have any idea what it is? He is sitting with his elbows to knees. Ive never seen a GOLD pan, so I dont know what this means & where to find info on it?? I have looked at all the Winnie pans but I didnt see it.
Im guessing I got a good deal on these?? I shop at Michaels when they have 50% so I dont think you could get some of these any more for that cheap in a store?
Well any help on the Winnie pan would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Congratulations! I ran into something that could be good this week too! Seems my neigbor used to decorate for her kids YEARS ago. Well, she was complaining that her husband wanted her to clean out the basement and she just didn't know what she was going to do with all of this "cake decorating crap".

Ask Stephanie214 if she knows anything about it. She is a collector of character pans.

Also, keep your eyes open for any of the star wars character pans. They go for big bucks on ebay! I sold my R2D2 with a little pounded out dent in the side for $36! I think I paid about $5 for it from a woman who was "clearing out her cake decorating stuff" at her DH's request.

LMBOOOO @ Eddie Bauer...Thats cute!
And yes, I have been looking for Star Wars Pans! My husbands side of the family is Star Wars FREAKS! lol Not that thats a bad thing, I love it myself! My Inlaws run a Science Fiction Convention annulally so I think this would be kinda cool for the Staff Lounge. Everyone would get a kick outta it so Im steadidly looking. Looking cheaply too...lol

I did finally find the Pooh info. Some have an A in the # & some dont. Mine doesnt have the A in it.

OKAY MY TURN!!

I had a great day! I bought this fabulous white cake plate...unfortunately I am not going to want to cover it with cake! and I found a cake baking book for $2 for both!! The book is "Death By Chocolate Cakes" by Marcel Desaulniers (hardcover but no dust jacket!) I was so excited!

The best part was the 8 cake books I checked out from the library! They are from allover the middle counties of CA I just requested them online and they were delivered to my local library! Fabulous cause I can't afford 60 for a new book or even 30!! I got a couple by Peters and one by Alan Dunn That looks amazing for sugar Flowers!!!
