I have a bc cake with fondant accents(dots and stripes). I have to deliver the cake in an hour and the party starts in two hours. Can I put the finished cake in the freezer or will this mess up the fondant? Do I need to put it in the fridge- the bc is starting to look shiny and kind of melty.
