Anyone Know The Equilvalent??

I am trying a recipe that calls for 5 medium eggs, all I have is large....anyone know how many I should use??

I would just use 4 large eggs.

Okay, I'll go with four, I couldn't decide if I should use three or four....thanks for your help.
