A customer just contacted me wanting a Sombrerro Cake that will serve 50 people for May 5th. Any idea on which pans I should use to make this idea work?

I would use the wonder pan for the top, and then stairstep up round pans...like start with 8" and then do 9" and so on until you think it's big enough. HTH.

I am making one too. I am going to cut it out of a 16 inch square cake.
