Okay, so I am new to this whole MMF thing. The last time I made it I colored it after it was room temp and it was not easy. Is it possible to color it while it's in the KA mixer OR before it reaches room temp? I would love to hear your experience and how you find it easiest to color your MMF.

I add the color to mine right after I melt the marshmallows. It is so much easier than working it in by hand. I think it is the easiest way to do it if you only need one color per batch.

I color mine when it is melted and very hot, I think if you need different colors, you could divide up the hot marshmellows and color each one. Of course thats more dirty bowls and spoons, but what the heck it melts right out of the dishes with hot soapy water. icon_lol.gif
