i have my first "big" cake order. it's for 75 people. i'm trying to figure out how much cake. how many does an 11X13 feed? i'm thinking that plus an 8 inch on top made to look like a baskeet of pansies (she wants pansies). i'm thinking of charging about 60$ for that (i called a local bakery and they would charge about $70) or maybe a stacked round cake with pansies, but charging about $80 for that. i've already done up royal icing pansies.
so, anyone who does larger cakes and could help, please let me know. most my cakes are birthday parties for 20 something people.

A 2-layer 11X15" cake makes 75 (1x2x4") servings.
A 2-layer 14" round makes 78 (1x2x4") servings.

These dimensions are for a 4" high layer cake.

thanks- do you have any idea about how much a 1 layer 11X 13 would feed?

I've never made an 11x13, and usually don't see it on any charts, but I do know that a 9x13 should feed 24, and this is going by wiltons chart.

Good Luck on your first big order!!
