How Long Is Imbc Good For Out Of The Fridge?

HI all!

Well the title says it all LOL!

How long is IMBC good for out of the fridge and if I decorate cupcakes with it on Friday for an order on Saturday and I put the cupcakes in the fridge will they still be okay in the morning.....I'm curious because the icing gets so hard because of all the butter.......

Please help, I have an order tomorrow.......

..how did you make out with this? Curious because I have always stored IMBC in the fridge.
