Is it o.k. to use semi sweet chocolate to make my ganache? The recipe did not specify the type of chocolate to use...and also, does my cake need to be kept in the fridge? Thanks so much!
Also, if the recipe calls for 8 oz. cream all I have is Half and Half..will that work??
