I know that I've seen this discussed before, but I can't find the thread. Can I put MMF in the fridge? I have a cake that needs to be in the fridge due to the filling, it is iced in buttercream and now I'd like to but some MMF accents on the cake. Will it hold up in the fridge?

Thanks.

I have put MMF in the frideg with no issues. it will only sweat if it is humid.
