Hi Mimi, I know with practice you are really going to love the daisy. I really try and concentrate on the tip in relationship to the lines on the daisy template. When you have the bag angled just right the tip will produce a very nice petal for the daisy. As with anything else pratice and patience. I am sure your cake was beautiful! Keep up the good work and I hope you are signed up for Course 3. A lot of fun is ahead for you!
