I am having problems with my BC being sticky, almost greasy. I am using the basic Wilton reciepe, but it doesn't turn out right. It's hard to pipe almost too stiff but if I thin it then it is too sticky to use. Please help, thanks

Are you thinning it with corn syrup?

No, when I thin it I just use a tablespoon or two of water.

What recipe are you using? icon_confused.gif I always use the Wilton buttercream recipe, and thin it with corn syrup. I've never had a problem.

Are you adding enough liquid to it?
