Is there a chart somewhere to figure how much fondant is needed for each size cake ??? or is it just learning by experience??
I will likely have my first fondat wedding cake this fall BUT mom wants to try it so she will be buying a cake with MMF and one with reg fondant... if they do not like it they will stick with my buttercream
But I need to figure cost so I need to estimate how much I will need..
12 square 10 round 8 and a 6
I hate tall stacked cakes.... delivery always worries me.
