White Modeling Chocolate

How can I get White Modeling chocolate WHITE? It has a yellowish color to it. I tried adding a little violet but I guess that doesn't work with chocolate. I also tried adding powder sugar but that didn't work either. Please help!
I have been trying to figure out the same thing. I tried Gharadelli's chocolate since it looked whiter but that didn't help. Next I might try to add some of the White Paste coloring (maybe by Americolor). Not sure if that will seize the chocolate though. If you find a solution please post here. Thanks.
Try adding powdered white food coloring. It's basically titanium dioxide. It will make the paste white, maybe not bright white, but probably white enough and because it's powder, it won't cause the chocolate to seize.

You can just use Liquid White from Americolor. You have to use a lot of it....like 1/4 c sometimes. Work it into a small bit then knead it into the larger amound so that you dont over work all of it.
Thank you for all your help. I will try the white powder first since I have already made the chocolate.
Thank you both very much! Wow, you gals are just making my day! Someone sent me a beautiful PM about my pink rose the other day. I feel so special!
My next demonstration will be in Martinsburg, PA, in August, 2007. I will be appearing as part of the Cove Country Cake Show. Here is the link posted by CakeNewbie7:

My subject, as yet, is to be announced. I start classes next month with Toba Garrett and the ICE, and will decide which technique to demo after that.
