Can anyone tell me how many cake a 25lb tub of premade icing will cover? I will be using royal icing for decorating, so I don't need any for decorating.
A double layer 8" round cake takes 1 1/2 cups I think it was (12oz= 1 1/2 cups).
So the icing of a double layer 8" would be equivalent to icing a 9x 13 right?
