That's what look like lately. Does anyone know why cakes come out with large tunnels? Thanks everybody icon_biggrin.gif

are you tapping/rapping/dropping(for the brave) your batter filled cake pans on the counter top to get out all the air bubbles before putting in the oven?

Usually over beating will cause large holes in your cakes. Be sure to sift your dry ingredients as well. If you use cake mix, sift it too. There could be other reasons. The Cake Bible has a section on problems with cakes. It's a good resource.
