I have had a request to make a very nice sheet cake as a thank you to the employees. My boss wants the individual pieces decorated. I have seen the tradional rose buds, but would like to come up with another idea that is unique. Can anybody help me come up with some new ideas?

Try doing a search in the galleries on petit fours, or how about different geometric shapes like you see on truffles and bon bons. Good luck!
