I am looking for a picture of a wedding cake that is covered in white chocolate shavings instead of decorations. I assume I would ice it with buttercream and then cover it with the shavings. Has anyone ever made a cake like this? I have a picture that I think may be what I am looking for but it is rather distorted and I am curious whether someone has had a good exeprience making a cake like this.
I am not sure that I can upload the picture I have so everyone can see what I am looking for because it is off of a bakery web site and I don't know about the copyright implications. Anyone know if that is ok?
