I swear I can never come up with ideas on my own! I'm always turning to you guys!

My grandpa asked me to make a cake for my grandma's speech therapy class. She had a stroke a year ago which left her unable to talk so she goes to speech therapy. Anyway, my grandpa is proud of my cakes, he's proud of me no matter what I do. icon_lol.gif I made him a fishing creel cake for his birthday and he shows the picture of it to his friends all the time. Please don't take this as bragging, as I KNOW I am by no means that good! I just thought it would help you understand the situatioin. So, my grandpa asked me if I would make a "really nice" cake for the last class of the year. And I have NO CLUE what to do! I was thinking of just doing a pretty one but I'm asking if anyone has ideas for something related to speech therapy??? I know that's a hard one but I thought if anyone could think of something, it would be you guys!!

Thank you!!!

a classic would be a cake that looks like the poster that shows the mouth positions for various sounds...

a very common set being the vowels;

A E I O U....

and then could a play on

AAAA EEEEE I O U a multitude of thanks!
