What would be a good dessert from Spain?

Some friends have invited us to dinner at their home and they are having a spanish theme. Paella is the main dish. I would love to bring a dessert to fit the theme. Any ideas?

Flan apparently is very common and the link also lists some other popular desserts that may be helpful.
