I need one ounce of sugar for the ganache recipe, but how does that convert to measuring cups? Thanks!

Just weighed it for you - it's 1/8th packed cup - hope that helps!

It should be a little less (like a pinch less) than 1/8 of a cup of granular sugar.

Anything for my sisters in cake lol! I measured fine sugar and moist sugar, the moister granular (brown etc), it would need to be packed in to make up the weight, the normal stuff just poured/scooped in as it is.
