um...I think Provo and Leighton are in Utah. Are you looking for one there? Or in a different city in Idaho?
Sorry, but not only are they in Utah but they are something akin to an hour and a half apart (well, anywhere from 1-3 hours apart really, depending on traffic), with Salt Lake in between!
As for a decorator, I'm sorry, I don't know any stores that rent. Call Shepherd's Cake and Candy in Provo or Gygi's Culinary in Salt Lake, they may be able to steer you in the right direction. I'll do some website research and see if I can come up with anything else.
