I Am So Not A Star Wars Buff, Need Help!

I have a small cake due on Saturday, and it is for 2 boys who have just about every Star Wars toy ever made. I've searched the galleries, and got a couple of ideas, but wanted to ask here too. I guess the 2 boys really like Anakin (sp??), who I have finally figured out is pre-Darth Vader guy.
Help! I am stumped... (should I even admit that I've never seen the movies? LOL)

Here's another question for anyone who knows this stuff: What colors are the light sabers? Like, does evil always have red, good guys blue or green, etc? These kids know their stuff and I don't want to look like the total Star Wars newbie that I am. LOL!!
I would go with blue since that's what color it was in Episode III (where Anakin is an adult, like in the pic). I just looked some stuff up on wikipedia and whoa-some total SW nerd wrote all kinds of crazy stuff about light sabers. Some people have way too much time on their hands. They should be doing something important like caking!

To be honest I really haven't watched the new ones but I loved the originals. I like the idea of the fbct!!
Anakin-Blue lightsaber
luke skywalker - green
darth vader- red Lightsabers are part of Jedi training and are made using rare crystals. The dark side has found a way to manufacture these crystals sythetically(more powerful) that is why all the bad guys have red lightsabers.
