I was looking for the high ratio shortening, and I couldn't find it anywhere around where I lived in Indiana. I happened to stumble across this place that's actually only a couple hours from me. From what I have looked at, they have about everything you would ever need for cake decorating. Most at a really reasonable price too.

I live in IN also, and that's the closest place I've found (that I can afford) although I haven't ordered any yet.
I did locate a source for Butcher Boy hi-ratio shortening: www.columbusfoods.com
but I've not seen anyone on CC mention ever using this brand.
