I am going to be makeing a fbct. When finished do i put it in the freezer then on the cake or refrigerate it?
freeze, remove while frozen and flip over onto cake.........then you can just keep at room temp. or refrig. whatever you plan to do with the cake....the icing will thaw and soften up and be the same as the rest of the icing on the cake.
