Cupcakes Using The Cake Extender?

Has anyone used the cake extender recipe to make a lot of cupcakes? Do the cupcakes come out the same using this recipe or do you think it is better to just use a few boxes? I want to make a lot of cupcakes but I do not want to compremise the taste. Thanks for your help icon_smile.gif

I have used the extender for cupcakes and I think they turn out great. Everyone seemed to love them here!

I love using the extender for cupcakes, for just a little bit more effort I get about 30 cupcakes instead of about 21. More bang for my buck.
