My sister just got engaged over the weekend. Any suggestions for an engagment cake Pictures will be appreciated. Thanks in advance icon_lol.gif

There was a similar post recently. I suggested a square cake (chocolate/mocha) with a small handmade chocolate box on top with a lid that opens. On the other post, she wanted something with a "Yes, I will marry you" in or on it, so I suggested a scroll or note inside the box. But for you, I would suggest two symbolic chocolate dipped strawberries, one decorated with a tux, the other with ruffles and pearls.

My idea was rejected, I think, in the other post for a plunger. He was a plumber, lol. So, maybe it will work for you.

I have no pictures, but do a search for square chocolate cakes in the photo section. I like the ones wrapped in fondant or the ones with a chocolate glaze that drips down from the edges.
