Is there anything on here about the correct time settings?
I live in NY, so I was wondering what GMT I was. Sounds
silly, but I don't think it's right. Does anyone know?

There was something on here about that a while back. I am central time and I'm set at gmt-6, so I would think you might be gmt-5. You can reset it in your profile......Hope that helps

The east coast is normally GMT-5, but since we're in daylight savings now, we're at GMT-4. It was driving me nuts, too, so I looked it up.

I forgot to say that on this site, use GMT-5 because it automatically corrects for daylight savings.
