I tried to PM the user but it showed up as "does not exist"

Michele Foster's Delicious Fondant --fondant turned out great but can I store in the fridge? I don't need it until next week...

Sorry... I have no idea. I just wanted to say that I appreciate that you waited for a couple hours before bumping yourself. It's really annoying when people keep bumping themselves after two or three minutes. Hope someone here can give you the answer. I've never put fondant in the fridge. It always sits out.

Not sure what the author of the recipe would suggest but personally I would just store the ready made fondant in an air tight container or ziploc bag and it should keep fine.

Hi, I haven´t used that fondant but normaly fondant doesn´t require refrigeration if you are going to use it within 3-6 months (mine doesn´t last that long because I always find something to do with it). Just put it on a plastic bag and then inside a container. Store it in a cool place.

totally agree! I actually bumped myself today. I think it was the first time ever and I still felt funny about it, but I waited 4 hours! LOL! Still nothing....

Anyway I think the fondant would be fine either way.
