can I use a recipe used in 2 10" rounds in 9 inch squares? I'm thinking I will be ok. My recent probs with my square cakes could be from not enough batter for my pans. 9 inch round recipe for 9 inch squares

well 10" rounds take me a box of mix for each. and 10" square do also. b/c they both have plenty of mix in each. 9" rounds can split a mix sometimes; so it wouldn't fit in a square since it is so close. b/c a 9" round is just a square basically with the corners cut off;so it holds a lot less.
