Do you think this would work? Would it be almost the same consistency of fondant?

I would use it as I would MMF, but I feel that MMF is hard to work with IMO.

i thought the mmf was hard to deal with too! i also made candy clay this weekend and i don't know what i did wrong but it didn't turn out like the consistency of a tootsie roll.
