how do i attach a ribbon around rolled fondant? i have never tried using actual ribbon...do i just wet the area on the cake where i want to put the ribbon? i want to use it as a border around the cake. or shoud i use a thin layer of royal icing?

In the past I have just attached the ends with a drop of royal icing. If you place the ribbon snug enough it doesn't need to be attached all the way around.
