I have read some posts regarding to use a coupler, which is a great idea. Can you tell me what technique you use? Do you just drop large amounts of frosting and build a cloud? I'm not picturing it at the moment.

I use tip 12. I just sort of make puffs with it! I have a couple of cakes in my gallery you can look at. The Thomas the train (in that case it is smoke) and my winnie the pooh cakes. It is very very very easy!

I use the 12 tip also and since they are 'clouds' they don't have to be perfect!

Is the buttercream frosting stiff enough?
