I have just started doing chocolate transfers. I needed to make black chocolate, so I went to the expense of purchasing the 4-color candy coloring set that Wilton makes that included black. Ended up using the entire "small" container to get the black shade I wanted.

Anyone out there have a place they purchase their black candy coloring or know of a place that actually sells "black" chocolate or candy melts?

Thanks, in advance, for your help.

No I dont, but I buy the chefmasters color. It still takes a lot to color it black, but it comes in a nice squeeze bottle and you dont have to buy a whole set of the colors like witon. Make sure you start with the dark melts first, that will make it easier.

I just bought Chefmaster Candy color - black for my chocolate transfers at Country Kitchen. It is a good size bottle! Sugarcraft has it also. thumbs_up.gif
