Hi guys:
I too would love to buy a printer however, questions are: Where do you get the edible paper for the printer? It's only online? Or can you buy it somewhere else? How about the ink, what kind of ink is it? Is it the color used to decorate cake? 
Forgive me I am not too informed on this topic. Another question is, do you have to clean the printer after each use?

Hi Tina! The only place I can buy the edible paper (frosting sheets) and edible inks is online because none of the cake shops in my area carry them but some do and you might want to check. It could save $ on shipping

The edible ink is just like food coloring specially formulated to be used with inkjet printers.
You don't have to clean the printer after each use. Printing edible images is just like printing regular images only you're using edible inks and edible papers. You do have to maintain the printer though. If you don't print regularly, the inks can clog the print head. You'd want to print at least one image a week even if it's only a maintenance print on regualr paper.

Thanks for the quick response. I just came from different shop trying to purchase the printer and was not able locate one. I even went to one of our big shop "Staples" and two of the staff looked at me like I had 3 heads. I had to explain to them that "yes, they do exit". So, I suggested to them to check the net. They looked quiet confused.lol
