When I was in Florida, we had Afternoon Tea at the Grand Floridian Resort at Disney. They had these pastry shells shaped like swans and in the body of the swan was a mint mousse. It was to die for! I cannot find a mint mousse recipe anywhere. icon_cry.gif

Does anyone have one? icon_biggrin.gif

Hi there,

If you send an email requesting the recipe, they will give it to you, although it takes a few weeks for them to respond. I have done it before, and they sent me the recipe I asked for.

I love Disneyworld! princess.gif

Yep, that's one of the things I LOVE about WDW! My DH and I have a huge collection of recipes from there! The last time we went, we ate at the buffet in the Animal Kingdom Lodge and the waiter gave him a card to fill out - my DH went up to the buffet and wrote down all the names of the dishes he wanted recipes for -- LOL he wrote down almost every dish on the buffet! About a month after we got home, he got an email with a recipe for every single dish he'd written down! This is true of the restaurants in the world showcase in EPCOT, too! WDW rocks!
