Playing & Need Some Ideas

I am playing this weekend with my dummy cakes & actually making some cakes. I am wanting to try some new fillings. Help me out here. lol I have used the LorAnn flavors & preserves, but that is all. Can someone give me some great fillings and a linky to the rescipe? I am just going to use my standard french vanilla & milk chocolate cakes to try these out on. My kids are all at friends this weekend so Iam going off my diet and playing! lol

My favorite is cookies and cream.. I use pastry pride, which is non-dairy and oreos. I whip up the pastry pride till it's stiff and then add the crushed oreos.

We just polished off the oreos...darn looks like I need to buy more...lol That sounds so yummy!

Where do you get Pastry Pride?
Basically, that means that it will be okay in reasonable temperatures without being in the fridge?
