Hello,

I make buttercream yesterday and an other one today but in to bowl separatly. does it possible to mix them together???

And how many day can i put it on the fridge??

I see no reason why you can't mix them. Are they made the same? Not that it really matters.
As far as shelf life, that depends on if it's crisco/butter, all crisco, or all butter. All crisco has a longer shelf life, but butter will keep good in the refridgerator for a long while. I've used it up to a week and half later with no problems.

Yep, do it all of the time. I have had frosting last up to a month in the fridge in a tightly covered container. >^.,.^<

U keep mine a long time but I freeze it. I use IMBC. The Crisco kind maybe a month. I eat some first and if I don't die then it's O.K.

I make it with vegetal butter (margarine) so i can keep it maybe 1o days it's that???
