I had been looking for something to store all of "supplies" and was going nuts. I have to store everything in a seperate place from where I actually do my decorating and was getting frustrated having to pick through things and go back to get things. Well, I found this Storage Cart at Ace Hardware and it is the BEST thing EVER. It is on wheels, has a handle, has a compartment for tips, a place for colors, little cubbies, big cubbies... All my stuff fits Perfectly.

Sorry I am such a geek for getting so excited over this but I thought I would share in case there are others out there in storage hell icon_evil.gif

Great idea! I am like you and all of my decorating stuff is stored a couple of rooms over from the kitchen b/c my kitchen isn't even big enough for all of my cooking items.

Great find!

I've printed the picture and description, when I go into town today, I will look at Canadian Tire & Rona, great idea.
We have a fairly big kitchen, but I seem to be overtaking everything!! I have a shelf unit in the basement, with bins filled with shoe boxes, with fondant buttons, roses etc. Plus I have taken over 5 drawers in the kitchen, fairly deep drawers, I must say, about 8 inches or so.
Funny how you find room for the stuff you like!!
I've just started this addiction too!!

Wish I would have seen this before I purchased my Wilton case....
That's really nice...

Ohhh myyyyyyy! My husband has several of those, as he is a carpenter/remodeler/tile guy by trade. Wonder if he would miss one if I "borrowed" it??

Hey, he eyeballed one of my sewing boxes once, asking if it was a "tool box". I said it might have started life out as one, but now it's a sewing box!

My husband now looks at everything I use very carefull to be sure I didn't "borrow" it from his workshop. Ever since I had him cut a board for me w/o asking for it first and it was one he was going to use.

That's a good idea. I need a new storage system. I have three drawer containers from Walmart but I buy so many cake decorating items that my storage bins are running over. I was thinking about buying a curio cabinet to place all of my cake pans in instead of putting my good dinnerware in it. icon_biggrin.gif

There is also a similar version to this at Wal Mart. It is by Stanley (I think, it's yellow and black), for those of you who might not be near an Ace.

They have one similar to this at walmart! I never even thought or imagined cake decorating stuff in it.

Hmmm....now I'm thinking!

I actually saw it last week at Wal-Mart and my first thought was that it would be great for all of my cake stuff. I didn't have time it look closely, but I think I will next time. Great find!

I have the cart from Wal-Mart. I had the cart pictured above and used it for my wood working projects, but sold it a year ago. My husband has an old wheeled tool box that I am going to "borrow". I love it because I can transport necessary tools to complete my job onsite without killing my back carrying everything!
